My Story

I am a Mexican inventor, entrepreneur, gamer, businessman, investor and software developer, with more than 12 years creating and founding companies across Software as a Service (SaaS), video game development, augmented and virtual reality, digital marketing, e-commerce, cloud computing, blockchain, FinTech, BioTech, artificial intelligence, space exploration and quantum computing.

I like to test and build at the edge of technology and then offer it as a solution to my clients. I founded and built the technology behind Adext AI, recognized as the #1 most promising artificial intelligence startup worldwide, and I developed the first Mexican augmented and virtual reality game published on mobile app stores.

Since June 2025 I am Founder, CEO & CTO of Hiveflow.ai. Hiveflow is an operating system for creating and managing AI agents, where humans and agents collaborate in the same space. It visually orchestrates both cloud and on-premise tools —from WhatsApp to CRM, kanban, calendar, email, support and code— and runs on the best models on the market: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity, as well as open-source models hosted in the customer's own home or company.

That last piece is what sets us apart most. As an NVIDIA Inception member, holding the NVIDIA Certified Professional credentials in AI Infrastructure and in Agentic AI, at Hiveflow we deliver custom artificial intelligence projects from the hardware all the way to the software: if your company already has the infrastructure, we integrate it; if it doesn't and wants to buy it, we specify it and get it running. And we build the full backend and frontend.

I build alone. I currently have 11 products in production, and that way of working is also what I share on the stages I'm invited to.

In September 2025 I won the Decentralized AI Hackathon organized by Flower Labs at Stanford University with FedLLM Studio: a federated learning platform built in a single day on top of Hiveflow, where eight institutions trained a model together without sharing a single piece of data, with accuracy gains of 20% to 35%. In January 2026 I won the Most Innovative Use Case award at the Prompt Driven and Toolhouse hackathon held at the 500 Global offices in Palo Alto, with SwarmMind: a kanban board where the workers are AI agents. Hive Protocol grew out of that project, an open contract giving agents identity, permissions, authorization and audit.

That same year Hiveflow was selected by LBAN, the Latino Business Action Network, for its acceleration program at Stanford, with classes taught by Graduate School of Business professors; I graduated at the Knight Management Center in May. AWS selected me for its Latin American startups event in San Francisco, Hiveflow became an Anthropic partner, and we went from competing in hackathons to sponsoring them: we were a sponsor of 500 Global's Release Before Ready.

I am also General Partner at Cuántica, a venture capital studio that builds and invests in cutting-edge technology projects. Previously I was Founder & CTO of Conteller (2023-2025), bookme.ai (2020-2023), Adext AI (2018-2020) and MiCampaña.com (2014-2016), and Founder & CEO of Manguito Studios (2012-2015).

I speak about artificial intelligence agents in Spanish: Talent Land México in Guadalajara and in Mexico City, and the Claude Code community. I have spent 12 years in artificial intelligence, I am an evangelist for the industry, and I want to share what I learn with the whole community.
